Ten Clown Night
Ten Clown Night is a series of paintings and conceptual art that keeps evolving into this.
Years later, the music recorded with another friend describing the concept. Animation, which itself form the inspiration the movements into painting, and these current musings.
Lately I'm so inspired. All of the concepts unified with materials and alive with interaction and meaning. Things pulled from my day to day. The world reflects my thoughts in almost realtime now I see thru the world meaning and connect time and space in the most interesting ways

I drew the original loop in Rome in fall 2023 in between breakfast and lunch at 24 frames per second.
On physical objects, the scale and material must enhance the poetic concept of the original now for me to touch it.
This one does so exponentially....I am now understanding the best method to my process also
The way that the pixels integrate with both the painted image, as well as the cracked parts of the TV. The new gestalt is such that the parts great a new form that is greater than the whole.
The cracked glass evokes spider webs. All is a perfect imperfection. The smile is confident. The accidents feel to perfect. The places I didn't project from the original when my power went out perfectly mixed with the glitch spaces
I have a power outage process now and it is priceless. It is how I change directions now. When the tech fails it acts as a release switch for me
